When I need more—when I need to feel strong and capable—I'm in the gym with the weights. And when I really need to reset, I'm hiking in the mountains, reminding myself what my body can do.
In the kitchen, I'm all about experimenting with fresh ingredients and new flavors—but I keep it simple. I'm not trying to impress anyone with fussy techniques. I want food that tastes good, fuels my brain, and doesn't require a culinary degree to pull off. If it takes more than 30 minutes or has more than 10 ingredients, I'm probably not making it!
And when I'm not working directly with clients? I'm reading the newest research on brain health. Not because I have to, but because I genuinely love it.
