From the start we will use goal setting, your own internal motivation and past successes to help you to move closer to who you want to be.
Coaching is not forever. My goal is to help you to obtain and use your new tools to continue your progress and maintain stability after our coaching collaboration is completed. The time frame may vary depending on your progress and effort.

I have been in the Behavioral Health field for 15 years. Currently I am working as a BH coach and have done so for the last 5 years, I have spent about 10 years working in crisis situations, de-escalations and emergency intake with persons facing behavioral health issues. I have always enjoyed seeing the changes that people can make in their lives with some tools and a bit of encouragement and accountability. The strongest qualities I possess are my desire to help others, my empathy and my ability to coach the person from where they currently are in their lives. I am non judgemental and make every effort to help people feel safe when they open up and share their hopes and goals with me. I have coached both secularly and privately and I continue learning from both the work that I do and the people that I collaborate with. It is a privilege to be able to assist people to set goals and to help them to reach those goals that can help them to change their lives for the better.
