I help people turn what they know about their health into meaningful, sustainable changes that work in real life.
My work focuses on metabolic health and whole-person support for people affected by cancer—from preparing for treatment or surgery through treatment, recovery, survivorship, and life beyond treatment. I also support people working toward better metabolic health through sustainable changes in areas such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, energy, weight, and blood sugar.
Health challenges can bring an enormous amount of information, advice, and change. But knowing what to do is often only part of the journey. The harder questions may be:
Where do I begin?
What matters most to me right now?
What is realistic in my life?
What is already working?
How do I make changes that I can actually sustain?
That is where coaching can help.
When appropriate, I work alongside your healthcare team—including physicians, oncology professionals, dietitians, nutrition practitioners, and other providers. They bring their clinical expertise and recommendations. In coaching, you and I explore how those recommendations fit into your life, your priorities, your readiness, and your goals.
My approach is not only about identifying what needs to change. I believe it is equally important to recognize what is already working—the strengths, resources, relationships, experiences, and inner resilience you already carry. Sometimes the next step isn't adding more things to fix; it's understanding yourself better and building upon what already supports you.
Through coaching, I can help you:
Clarify what matters most and where you want to begin
Turn the changes you choose into practical, manageable actions
Explore barriers and find approaches that fit your real life
Recognize and build upon your strengths, resources, and what is already working
Build sustainable habits, resilience, confidence, and greater ownership of your health
You are an active participant in your own health—not simply the recipient of a plan.
My role is to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, offer support and accountability, and help you discover what meaningful change looks like for you.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, interpret medical tests, or replace medical, nutritional, or mental health care. I practice within the scope of health coaching and welcome collaboration with qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate.
You are more than a diagnosis, a lab value, or a list of things to fix. Together, we can recognize what is already strong, understand what matters now, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.
Send me a message or book a complimentary Discovery Call.
And when I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me on a ski slope, hiking with my two Border Collies, or dancing salsa and bachata. Curiosity is my fuel—and I'm always learning, too.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
4 sessions is typically enough time to build a solid foundation of understanding. Some people need more; some need less. We'll check in regularly and honor your pace.
Some foundations simply take longer to build. If you need more time to deepen your understanding, we can add sessions. We'll check in and decide together.
