I’m a certified wellness coach with a background in behavior change, genetics-informed wellness education, and real-world coaching across stress, energy, habits, and recovery.

My path into this work wasn’t initially academic — it came from navigating complex health patterns myself and realizing how often people are given advice without context, personalization, or support to actually make it stick. I’ve worked with clients one-on-one to translate data, symptoms, and daily realities into practical, sustainable changes that fit their lives, not someone else’s protocol.

I'm effective not because I “have the answers,” but because I know how to ask the right questions, listen closely, and help people reconnect patterns between their body, habits, and environment. I’m trained in motivational interviewing, trauma-aware coaching, and genetics-informed wellness education, and I work strictly within evidence-based, ethical coaching scope.

My focus is helping people rebuild steadier energy, clearer functioning, and confidence in their own decision-making — especially when life feels overwhelming, inconsistent, or out of sync.
