Hi, I’m Danielle, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I offer personalized, concierge-level coaching and group programs designed to support executives and busy professionals in optimizing their health, energy, habits, and overall well-being.

With a background spanning competitive athletics, coaching, and the corporate world, my approach sits at the intersection of wellness and performance. I help people build sustainable strategies to feel and perform their best across environments and seasons of life.

Coaching has been a constant throughout my life, shaped by the incredible coaches and mentors I had as a competitive junior and collegiate tennis player. What began as a way to stay connected to sport during college led me to explore coaching beyond the court.

Throughout my corporate career, I found myself more and more in conversations with colleagues and peers about health, habits, energy, and prioritizing well-being alongside demanding professional lives. This led me to formalize my coaching expertise through National Board Certification so I could support others through a more structured, evidence-based coaching process.

Who I Can Support

Individuals: Coaching may focus on nutrition, hydration, movement, strength, recovery, sleep, stress management, and the habits and routines that support how you want to feel and function, within the context of your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and environment.

For executives and professionals who travel frequently for work, coaching can also focus on maintaining health, energy, and routines on the road through changing schedules, time zones, and business meals.

Small Groups: Small-group coaching combines individual goals with shared learning, conversation, accountability, and support. Each person works toward what matters to them while benefiting from the experiences and insights of the group.

Organizations: I work with companies and organizations to create wellness programming that helps people integrate health and well-being into their working lives. This can include facilitated discussions, small-group coaching, goal setting, practical strategies, and ongoing accountability.

Cleaner Living & Environmental Wellness

My interest in cleaner living and environmental wellness is deeply personal. Growing up with asthma and extremely reactive skin, including contact dermatitis, made me conscious from a young age of how products, ingredients, and my surroundings made me feel.

I remember experimenting with whatever I could find at home, poking open vitamin E capsules and mixing egg whites, yogurt, avocado, turmeric, and whatever else I could find in the kitchen, making masks and “potions” in the bathroom like I was in chemistry class. I also remember trying to hide and replace cleaning products that bothered me and becoming increasingly curious about what was actually in the products we used.

That curiosity never stopped. I have been making my own body butters, oils, and scrubs for as long as I can remember and became an avid ingredient-label reader, the kind who knew the difference between d-alpha-tocopherol and dl-alpha-tocopherol on a vitamin E label at a young age. I researched ingredients and products through resources like the Environmental Working Group, questioned materials and sourcing, and experimented with simpler alternatives long before cleaner living became mainstream.

Today, this interest is part of my holistic approach to wellness. I am passionate about helping people become more aware of their everyday environments, identify where they have agency, and experiment with simple, realistic changes to see what works for them.

Adventure & Intentional Travel

I have always been deeply curious about the world and grew up wanting to explore and experience it for myself. Travel became one of my greatest teachers, shaping my confidence, resilience, perspective, and understanding of both the world and myself.

As a Certified Travel Coach, I can support people preparing for meaningful physical challenges and travel experiences, especially first-timers.

I have summited Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp and Machu Picchu, biked across Jordan, run the NYC Marathon, earned my PADI diving certification, and traveled to 30+ countries. I believe the magic of these challenges is not simply reaching the goal, but who you become along the journey.

Whether you are preparing for your first major trek, pursuing a new physical challenge, or stepping outside your comfort zone, we can focus on building the fitness, resilience, confidence, and habits to pursue it intentionally.

I can also help you think more intentionally about what you want from a travel experience. What do you actually need from your time away? Challenge or rest? Connection or solitude? Water, wildlife, city energy, or an off-the-beaten-path escape? We can explore what you are seeking and shape an experience around what will genuinely serve you.
