What if I'm not in your time zone?

We can work together to figure out an ideal schedule that works for both of us! This is about stress relief :).

What is the length of our sessions?

Our sessions are one hour weekly via Zoom (or in person if local to me).

Can we connect between meetings?

Yes, I welcome questions via email, text or WhatsApp on the days between our live conversations. I'm here to support you.

Will there be homework?

Yes, but the model of this program is to assess where and how you may be pushing yourself, or utilizing time unwisely. We'll work to modify your schedule, not add a bunch of to-dos to your list. Our practices are meant to give you energy, not drain you!
