I've navigated chronic illness and anxiety myself and parent a medically complex child, so I understand what it is like to feel dismissed, overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode.

 

I help people and parents of complex kids make sense of immune, gut, hormones, and nervous system patterns. My approach is root-cause, pattern-based, and nervous system aware.
