I’m Dana Nicole, a Life Transitions & Integrative Health Coach who works with people who are tired of holding it all together and ready to do something different, but not reckless.
My work lives at the intersection of clarity, compassion, and real life. I don’t coach from theory alone. I coach from lived experience, deep listening, and a grounded understanding of how stress, identity shifts, health challenges, and long seasons of responsibility shape who we become.
I work primarily with adults 30+ navigating midlife transitions, burnout, caregiving strain, chronic stress or illness, and those quiet moments when life looks “fine” on paper but doesn’t feel aligned anymore.
Our sessions are client-led, reflective, and practical. This is not surface-level mindset work or forced positivity. It’s space to slow down, name what’s true, reconnect with your values, and move forward with intention—without pressure to reinvent your entire life overnight.
I align my practice with the ethical and professional standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and continue to deepen my training and experience as I build toward advanced credentialing. I also mentor emerging leaders and students, supporting them through periods of uncertainty and growth.
Through my virtual practice, Dana’s Wellness Haven, I offer private coaching, group experiences, and reflective resources designed for people who want meaningful change—without hustle culture, wellness perfectionism, or being told to “just push through.”
