By empowering those individuals—whether they are teachers, healthcare professionals, veterans, or community leaders—we can extend our influence and help them leverage their unique abilities on a much broader scale. This insight has shaped my mission: to empower, uplift, and educate others while creating an environment where those who dedicate their lives to service receive the unwavering support they deserve. I believe that meaningful change happens when we work together to foster growth, connection, and empathy, and I’m passionate about removing the barriers that prevent people from fulfilling their potential. Throughout my journey, I’ve worn multiple hats—neuroscientist, physician, coach, and entrepreneur—but the common thread has always been my desire to help others. Whether working one-on-one with clients, contributing to national coaching standards, or developing tools that help health coaches thrive, my focus has always been on making a difference in people’s lives and ensuring those who work in service roles are empowered to do the same. As a co-founder of Vibly, a well-being platform designed specifically for coaches, my mission is to make personal growth and flourishing accessible to everyone. We believe in unlocking human potential through small, compounding actions that drive meaningful change. Coaches are the frontline workers of personal development, and they deserve affordable, HIPAA-compliant tools that allow them to focus on what they do best—supporting their clients’ well-being. In my work with Vibly, we’ve created a community where coaches can connect, collaborate, and refer clients, fostering a holistic approach to personal growth. Our goal is to help coaches become more efficient, impactful, and human-centric in their work while breaking down the barriers they face—whether it's web presence, payment processing, or secure client communication. I am on a lifelong mission to empower others, to serve and educate, and to advocate for those who dedicate their lives to service.
