How long is each session?

Sessions typically last 40–50 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore deeply without feeling rushed.

What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring/consulting?

Coaching doesn’t give you the answers — it helps you uncover them yourself. Mentors and consultants share advice; coaches create the conditions for you to think clearly, gain insight, and take action.

How many sessions are recommended?

Some clients gain clarity after 1–2 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over 3–6 months. We’ll decide together what feels right for your goals.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything we discuss remains private. I follow professional coaching ethics and ICF guidelines to ensure your trust is protected.

What if I don’t know my exact goal yet?

That’s perfectly fine. Coaching often begins with exploring what matters most to you, clarifying priorities, and defining goals along the way.

Can I combine personal and professional topics?

What if I get stuck between sessions?

That’s normal. You’ll have the option of light accountability check-ins between sessions if you’d like ongoing support.

Do you offer packages or one-off sessions?

Yes. You can start with a single session to experience coaching, or commit to a package for deeper, sustained results.

Is coaching like therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on present and future goals, while therapy often addresses past trauma or clinical mental health issues. If therapy would be more appropriate, I’ll be transparent and help you identify resources.
