My career has always centered on helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I’ve seen firsthand the ripple effect that happens when someone makes lasting changes—how one person’s transformation can inspire and uplift those around them—and that belief has fueled my work for decades.

In 2016, I shifted my focus fully to health coaching, earning my NBC-HWC credential two years later. Since then, my passion has expanded beyond coaching clients to also training and mentoring the next generation of coaches. At the University of Portland and the Health and Wellness Coaching Academy, I’ve helped design and teach NBHWC Approved Training Programs. Over the past five years, I’ve guided hundreds of coaches as they grow their confidence, refine their skills, and offer transformational work to their clients.

Alongside this work, I run a private practice dedicated to supporting established health coaches. Some come to me for guidance on navigating tricky client challenges, while others are eager to elevate their coaching skills. Whether through one-on-one mentoring or my NBHWC-approved CE course, I love helping coaches unlock new levels of effectiveness and authenticity in their practice.

I hold a Master’s in Integrative Health and Wellness from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and before stepping into coaching, I spent 14 years in Public Health as an environmental health and safety consultant. That background allows me to bring a strong foundation of science and systems-thinking into the art of coaching.

For me, coaching isn’t just a career—it’s a way to empower ripple effects of change that spread far wider than we ever imagine.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How many coaches can attend this meeting?

Button

I cap registration at 30 coaches. This keeps the group small enough that everyone hopefully gets to participate and have an opportunity to ask questions and get the support they need.

Do you offer personalized individual mentoring services?

Button

Yes! Please see my services page for my additional offerings. I offer a pathway for CE credits within my mentoring services. Get those CEs while also mastering skills through direct individual mentorship. Coaches who attend this group and then purchase an individual session with me will receive a 10% discount!
