I’ve spent most of my life as a strong-willed, dedicated hard worker, with over 30 years in leadership roles where consistency, responsibility, and follow-through were part of everyday life.

About 4.5 years ago, that path changed when I became disabled. It forced me to slow down and face a different reality—one that required me to reassess, adapt, and learn what it truly means to rebuild when things don’t go as planned.

Through faith, the support of my family, and a commitment to doing the work day by day, I found a new direction. That process wasn’t quick or easy—it was built through small, consistent steps over time.

I’ve been married for 17 years and am a father of two teenage daughters, and those roles have remained a steady foundation through every season of my life.

Today, I’m an ordained pastor and life coach. I approach both with a grounded, direct mindset, focusing on real life—not quick fixes. I believe in steady, intentional progress that leads to lasting change.
