Born in Mexico and shaped by an international upbringing, I bring a global, culturally informed perspective to health and well-being. My professional background spans over a decade in architecture and more than 15 years as a chef, food writer, and gastronomic and cultural tour guide, with a focus on sustainability and mindful living.
Working closely with individuals and families as a personal chef gave me a deep understanding of how daily routines, environment, and lifestyle choices influence overall health. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the human side of change - how people build habits, navigate challenges, and create balance in their lives - which ultimately led me to health coaching.
Today, I work with clients to develop sustainable habits, supportive routines, and practical strategies that align with their real lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when people feel supported rather than pressured.
