These 1:1 sessions are for clients looking for coaching to support goals towards mental and/or physical wellbeing to reduce stress and burnout. These individuals may be experiencing gut/hormone symptoms, sleep challenges, energy drain, and brain fog. These clients will learn mindfulness skills, uncover the root of their imbalances, and create behavioral and lifestyle changes to regain their energy and improve their health and wellbeing. These clients are typically looking for shorter engagements (4-6 sessions).

This program is designed for individuals looking to make significant changes in their health and well-being. I co-collaborate with you to identify your goals and create a unique roadmap to achieve these objectives. You may have had a diagnosis of significant health challenges and are motivated to make behavioral and lifestyle changes. Oftentimes, people want longer coaching engagements and more frequent sessions. These sessions include follow-up between sessions and higher levels of support.
