I live a healthy and fulfilling life with an autoimmune disease.

I’ve always had a deep love for food - to me, it’s so much more than what’s on the plate. Food brings people together, builds connections, shares traditions, and is a powerful foundation for both health and happiness.

But let’s be honest - not all food is created equal, and figuring out what works for you can be overwhelming. For nearly 20 years, I’ve been diving into healthy, sustainable food and working to improve access and health outcomes for communities. I’ve shared knowledge, supported well-being, and been passionate about the power of real food.

Cooking and experimenting with new recipes and ingredients has always been something I love, but it became even more meaningful when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. That experience completely shifted the way I think about food, health, and designing my life to feel my best.

It pushed me to rethink what “healthy” really means to me, and taught me that I don’t have to just get by or accept feeling miserable. Through small but powerful changes to my lifestyle and habits - beyond just medication - I learned how to thrive, even with a chronic illness.

Now, I’m excited to help others discover how to do the same and find their own path to feeling great! I’m here to create a supportive and encouraging space to explore what healthy looks like for you!
