Come just as you are in this free, no pressure getting to know you call. You can tell me a bit more about yourself (or your daughter). We will discuss the structure of the program and how it works.
We will then decide if it's right for you. No pushy sales, just connection and information. I'm a helper (teacher, therapist, and mom), not a sales person. This is either a good fit for you or it's not, and either is okay.
I look forward to getting to know you. Between now and your session, learn more here.
Feel free to email me at info@girlandco.org.
We will take a deep dive into all the important areas to you, we get curious about how each area is showing up for you now, and compare it to your goals and desires. Then, we will design a plan to make that happen. Throughout the course of our time together, I'll gently nudge you to keep you on track or pivot strategically when it's not working.

"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
(I also provide Concierge Therapy if a client has a clinical diagnosis and is symptomatic. Insurance does not pay for Concierge Coaching - Email info@girlandco.org) Concierge Coaching is NOT therapy. Coaching is non-clinical. It is more goal and action driven, not focused on medical necessity or diagnosis. Concierge simply means that the client has paid for a coach who purposefully takes fewer clients and charges higher rates, so that they can provide more personalized and timely care.
Unfortunately not. Coaching is not medically necessary, so insurance will not cover.
You can ALWAYS text or call, and I'll help you navigate the appropriate steps to take with the resources at your disposal. Of course if there is an emergency or urgent situation for yourself or others, do NOT call or reach out to me first. Call 911 or the appropriate authority, THEN seek my guidance. In this capacity, I am not acting as a therapist. I can be a sounding board and mentor for you to gain clarity on handling difficult situations, walk with you as you do so, and help you make grounded decisions in the midst of chaos. *Within limitations and boundaries agreed upon in the Informed Consent.
Rest assured, clients are all adults and have full control over their information and privacy, regardless of who paid the bill. If your parents are paying for it, you will have the option to sign a Release of Information and determine what can be shared. Typically speaking, college adults do receive financial support from their parents; however, there is still an expectation of privacy. Parents may be privvy to a "report card" style check-in, approved by the client. Considering the client is an adult, they have FULL consent and permissions for whom may have access to their information, regardless of whom pays the program cost.
