Just Vibe
Music as a practical emotional regulation tool they already know how to use.
Students design a real, physical toolkit filled with calm-down strategies, energy boosters, friendship tools, and brain breaks. They practice strategies together and build something they can reach for anytime.
Students explore personal values — what matters most to THEM and who they want to be. Through the Two Wolves story, value card sorting, moral dilemma discussions, and a creative values visual, they define their own compass.
Students review their Day 1 Life Wheel, choose ONE area to focus on for 30 days, and design a simple personal experiment with clear action steps. They leave with a plan, a toolkit, and a certificate of completion.
Approximately 30 days after the program ends, the cohort reunites for a complimentary one-hour group check-in. Students share how their experiment is going, celebrate wins, and support each other. Details sent via email after the program.

My Story
For over two decades, I built a successful career in Fortune 500 corporate environments — until I reached a point many high achievers know too well. I believed exhaustion was simply the cost of success. I ignored the early signals: chronic stress, depleted energy, and blurred boundaries. Eventually, my body made the decision for me.
That moment led to six months of intentional rest and rebuilding. It reshaped my understanding of sustainable wellness. I learned that true well-being is about understanding your capacity, honoring your needs, and creating practices that actually hold in the middle of a demanding life.
Why I Do This Work
That experience sparked everything I have built since. In 2020, I founded Salyana Essentials LLC. I completed my Health & Wellness Coach training through the Institute of Holistic Integrative Studies and received my NBC-HWC certification — the gold standard credential in professional wellness coaching.
Today I work with entrepreneurs, professionals, and coaches through three coaching programs — each one built around the same core belief: equip people with the tools they were never given, before they need them most.
How I Work
My coaching style is structured, direct, and grounded in real life. I bring light humor, natural optimism, and a genuine belief in your ability to create lasting change. I meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, and help you build the clarity and tools that work for your actual life and schedule. You remain in the driver's seat. I am your steady, informed navigator.

CREATE Your Vibe 2026 dates and times to be determined.
No. CREATE Your Vibe is wellness coaching — not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. The program focuses on life skills, coping strategies, self-awareness, and goal setting. It complements professional mental health services but does not replace them. If your child is currently in therapy, wellness coaching can be a great addition — just let us know so approaches can be coordinated.
CREATE Your Vibe works best for middle schoolers experiencing everyday stress, friendship challenges, or identity questions who would benefit from practical tools in a creative, non-clinical setting. Shy students often thrive — breakout room discussions happen in groups of just 2–3, sharing is encouraged but never forced, and the hands-on project focus gives students something to do rather than just talk. If you have specific concerns about your student, book a free discovery call and we can talk through it together.
A computer or tablet with a working camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection. The free version of Zoom (download link provided after registration). A music streaming platform — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, or similar — is helpful for Day 2, but a paper alternative is included in the supply box. A quiet-ish space for two hours each day is all that's required beyond that.
Attendance all five days is strongly encouraged since each day builds on the previous one. If an unavoidable absence occurs, the student completes that day's activity independently using their envelope materials and rejoins the following session. Sessions are not recorded. Refund policy details will be provided when registration opens.
