Hi! I’m Meghan “Rev MK” Mitchell, a board-certified health and wellness coach, educator, and founder of Magical Soulutions™, a platform devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and live with intention.
My work lives at the intersection of science and soul.
Professionally, I serve as lead faculty with the Headspace Training Institute, where I teach evidence-based coaching skills, ethics, mindfulness, and behavior change frameworks to future mental health coaches. I am nationally board-certified (NBC-HWC) and trained in multiple modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral coaching, mindfulness-based approaches, and strengths-based development. I have also studied metaphysics and ancient healing traditions, which inform my ability to support clients from both practical and deeply reflective perspectives.
My background also includes leadership roles as a Coach Manager, Project Manager and Sales Executive, where I led teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and supported professionals navigating performance, growth, and workplace challenges.
Alongside this clinical foundation, I specialize in whole-person transformation. Clients often arrive when life technically works, when it looks good on paper, but doesn’t feel aligned. They may feel stuck, burned out, disconnected, or uncertain about their next chapter. Together, we gently untangle what’s happening beneath the surface, identify what truly matters, and create practical pathways forward.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I design courses, teach professional trainings, lead workshops, and host the Magical Soulutions podcast, where each episode explores mindful living, authentic growth, and the art of remembering who you truly are. My work also extends into a growing community devoted to insight, reflection, and sustainable transformation.
My path into this work began through my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and learning to bridge logic with intuition. That experience is what allows me to meet clients with both professional skill and genuine understanding.
My style is collaborative, curious, and empowering. Rather than fixing people, I help them access the wisdom, resilience, and capacity that already exist within them. Clients often describe the experience as equal parts grounding, illuminating, and surprisingly relieving.
