I love to run, hike, ski, play tennis, take HIIT and hot yoga classes, and cold water dip to stay active, grounded, and connected to people and nature, while eating whole foods and preparing nutritious meals for my busy family. For over 20 years, I have served the community through marketing, communications, events, teaching fitness classes, and serving on boards supporting health, diversity, education, and youth. I work with clients from all backgrounds, including busy professionals, college students, and those with chronic conditions.
