"

With over 15 years of professional experience, my mission is to empower individuals and communities to achieve holistic wellness. My background includes a Masters Degree in Elementary Education, National Board Certification in Health Coaching, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Autoimmune Wellness Coach and Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist.

I've had the privilege of serving as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in diverse areas like Barre and Kickboxing. A significant part of my journey has been my work with Parkinson's patients, where I've seen firsthand the life-changing impact through the Rock Steady Boxing program as the Head Coach.

My career/life has also included developing wellness-focused programs for youth camps, addressing critical topics like substance abuse prevention in my local community. I am driven to connect with individuals who are ready to make a positive change in their lives and create a healthier, more vibrant future.

When I'm not working, I love to get outside for a run, explore new adventures with my husband, and dream about the day when we can have a dog again.
