FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Button

No. Many of my clients are autistic, ADHD, or living with chronic illness, but a diagnosis is not required. I welcome anyone who feels that my approach and areas of focus align with the support they’re looking for.

Do you only work with autistic and ADHD clients?

Button

No. While I have extensive experience supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, I also work with people navigating chronic illness, burnout, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and anyone seeking compassionate support and accountability.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

Button

That’s completely okay. Many people schedule a Discovery Call because they know something isn’t working but aren’t sure what kind of support would be most helpful. We can explore your questions together and determine whether coaching is a good fit.

Is there any obligation to continue after the Discovery Call?

Button

Not at all. The Discovery Call is simply an opportunity for us to get to know one another, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

What happens if we decide to work together?

Button

If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll discuss what type of support best meets your needs and schedule your first session. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and specific to your needs.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Button

Coaching and therapy often serve similar purposes, and many people find it helpful to participate in both. My coaching is centered on helping you move from intention to action through compassionate support, practical problem-solving, and accountability. If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you as you build routines, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, sustainable change, coaching may be a good fit. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Button

Yes. I believe financial barriers shouldn’t prevent people from accessing support whenever possible. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need. If you’re interested, please let me know during your Discovery Call, and we’ll explore whether a sliding-scale spot is currently available.

How frequently will we meet?

Button

Most people meet with me weekly or every other week, but everyone’s needs are different. Some clients benefit from more frequent support, while others prefer to meet less often. We’ll work together to find a schedule that fits your life and the kind of support you’re looking for.
