Hi! I'm Lin, and I was a seeker too: feeling lost and out of place, looking for answers and comfort outside of myself. Until a coach challenged me to meet myself and find everything I've ever needed inside of me. And now, as a Certified Mental Health Coach (CMHC), it's my pleasure to offer 1:1 coaching sessions: a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
As a survivor, coach, and steward of community mental health and wellness, I'm here to help you harvest your potential to heal and thrive. I specialize in coaching parents, caregivers, wellness leaders, community leaders, and people in helping professions seeking renewal and re-investment in their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This specialization reflects my commitment to helping the helpers who give so much of themselves and deserve a restorative and supportive space to concentrate on their own wellbeing. I also specialize in coaching within the neurodivergent experience to support executive functioning, emotional regulation, and development of self-acceptance and self-love.
