Lucid Dreaming is being aware that you are dreaming, while inside the dream! It is magical, deeply healing, amazing, and so fun! And YES you CAN and should learn it! Dreaming is natural. Dreaming well is just a skill!
What if I don't dream much?
You actually do. Learning how to remember your dreams is a skill, which you can learn here!
Cat, why are you so good at this?
