Hi, I’m Anaka!

I'm an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner devoted to helping women heal, transform, and reclaim their true selves.

My professional journey began with a Master's in Nursing Science, with a specialization in mental health. While I am grateful to support others in this capacity, I often feel constrained by the limits of the healthcare system. I know there was a deeper, more holistic way to help women heal, one that honored the mind, body, and spirit. That calling led me to the world of energy work and somatic healing.

My educational background provides a grounded, trauma-informed foundation for my work. I create safe, structured, and compassionate spaces where clients can release emotional blocks, let go of limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

My own healing journey began within the confines of a high-demand religious environment. As I moved through spiritual deconstruction and began unraveling the beliefs that had shaped my identity, I found myself questioning everything, especially my worth, my voice, and my place in the world. Through that deep and often painful process, I discovered the profound power of EFT and somatic practices to help release emotional pain, reconnect with my body, and rebuild a life rooted in authenticity and self-trust.

Now, I support women navigating similar paths. Those questioning faith traditions, shedding inherited identities, and seeking freedom in a world shaped by patriarchy. My work is grounded in lived experience, empathy, and the belief that healing is not only possible, but it's also mandatory.

If you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and step into who you truly are, I’m here to walk beside you.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Do I have to participate in this event?

Button

You can participate as little or as much as you'd like. This is aimed at being more educational, with some skills and techniques, and less emotional processing.

Is this like group therapy?

Button

While I do offer group tapping circles, those are reserved for women and in smaller, more intimate spaces. This group is meant to be more educational and supportive in understanding the technique itself.
