No, I do not create health plans. I am trained in 100+ dietary theories but my role is to help you crowd out unhealthy foods. Each person is unique and their goals continually change.
As a health coach I support your goals. Nutrition, and exercise are discussed but my focus is to help you see the bigger picture. When you work with a health coach we will also explore non-food forms of nourishment such as career, relationships, and spirituality.
I am not a doctor and will advise you to speak with your physician for any diagnoses or treatments. My role is to work as a partner with your medical team (if you have one) and make basic recommendations for healthy behavior changes.
