I’m a Health and Well-Being Coach with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health and more than 16 years of dedicated service to U.S. Veterans. My training includes Adult and Child Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center and certification in Health and Well-Being Coaching through Duke Integrative Medicine.
I bring a whole-person approach that honors the powerful connection between physical health and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in behavioral science, compassion, and a deep belief in each person’s innate capacity for growth, healing, and resilience.
