We'll spend our first session reviewing the wellness questionnaire. We'll dive into where you are and where you want to be within your wellness journey. We'll explore areas of wellness and identify a focus area.
Once we have identified the primary area of wellness that the client wants to focus on, we will begin to collaborate and create a wellness plan. We'll get into the specifics.
Following the creation of your wellness plan, sessions are focused on accountability, support, progress review, and ongoing self-discovery. Building new habits takes time, dedication, and a belief in your ability to change—something we’ll strengthen.

I believe wellness looks different for everyone, and that’s one of the most beautiful parts of coaching: being invited into each person’s unique journey toward well-being is a true honor. For me, Pilates is a key part of that lifestyle. It brings together mindfulness, breath work, strength training, and stretching in one method. Time on my mat feels like my most productive time (and I thrive on that feeling!). If you already love Pilates—or are curious to try it—I’d love to empower you through this form of movement. I credit Pilates with helping me heal postpartum, which, for me, was a marathon, not a sprint. Outside of Pilates and deepening my breath work practice, I enjoy hiking, the occasional spin class, and spending quality time with my husband, daughter, and our golden retriever, Mozzie.
