Program structure

1. Session 1: Introduction & Questionnaire

We'll spend our first session reviewing the wellness questionnaire. We'll dive into where you are and where you want to be within your wellness journey. We'll explore areas of wellness and identify a focus area.

2. Session 2: Goal Setting and Wellness Planning

Once we have identified the primary area of wellness that the client wants to focus on, we will begin to collaborate and create a wellness plan. We'll get into the specifics.

3. Session 3-6: Check-in, Reassess & Explore

Following the creation of your wellness plan, sessions are focused on accountability, support, progress review, and ongoing self-discovery. Building new habits takes time, dedication, and a belief in your ability to change—something we’ll strengthen.

For me, Pilates is a key part of that lifestyle. It brings together mindfulness, breath work, strength training, and stretching in one method.
