35 years experience
I know what it's like to wake up in the middle of the night wondering how to do it all—and do it well.
In my Navy career, I inherited one of the most underperforming commands in the Reserve. Morale was broken, performance was low, and everyone expected more of the same. But I knew something had to change—and it started with me.
Within two years, we were selected as the "Best Large Naval Operational Support Center," not because I had all the answers, but because I learned to lead differently: with vulnerability, strategy, and an unwavering commitment to bringing out the best in others.
Today, I coach transitioning service members, professionals, and leaders who are facing their own "command moments"—those pivotal times when you need to dig deep, rebuild confidence, and find a sustainable path forward. With 35+ years of military and federal leadership experience and certification as a DoD Executive Coach, I help clients become more resilient, confident, and powerful. I lean on my hard-won lessons to ask powerful questions and draw out what's already within you—the power to transform.
My approach is straightforward: we'll identify your values and goals, understand what's holding you back, develop practical strategies, and build the mindset you need to thrive—not just survive. Whether you're transitioning from military service to what's next, stepping into a bigger leadership role, dealing with a challenging workplace, striving for healthier work-life balance, recovering from burnout, or ready to stop proving yourself and start owning your success, I'm here to help.
You've already done the hard work to get where you are. Now let's make sure the next chapter is your best one yet.
