1. What to Expect
Program Timeline
This program is a structured, yet custom designed program tailored to the individual. This means we will start with the LCP 360 assessment and questionnaires to determine your unique opportunities and developmental goals. From there we will construct a coaching plan and integrate intentional practices, skills, and tools throughout your coaching sessions. The program is designed to be completed within 9 to 12 months.
Process
We move beyond surface-level advice by rooting your development in the Universal Model of Leadership. Through a combination of rigorous data and one-on-one sessions, this program focuses on four critical phases:
