I have over three years of experience as a certified health and wellness coach, and I hold the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and the Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) credentials, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). As a health and wellness coach, I use evidence-based and personalized approaches to guide my clients in improving their nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and relationships. I struggled with my weight for many years, but I've lost over 85 pounds and maintained a healthy lifestyle using the tools and techniques I teach in my coaching practice.
