Navigating autoimmune disease, and chronic illness throughout my adult life has continued to teach me a powerful lesson: True wellbeing is deeply personal and largely dependent on the foundational support systems you invest into every day. That's why in my coaching practice we work from the premise that your quality of life is the foundation for your happiness. And there's no room for fear-mongering in that paradigm. As a coaching client of mine, you won't find miracle cures or drastic juice cleanses on the menu. Instead, we'll focus on engaging into practices that help you experience more joy, meaning, and vitality each day – moving away from the pressure of "perfection" and towards what truly nourishes you. In addition, each month will offer you a chance to assess where you're at, so if something isn't working, we can make adjustments as needed.

Q: What if I fall off track? Will I be judged?
