Aline Wellness grew from a personal season of feeling overwhelmed while navigating a health challenge of my own. For a long time, I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Over time, that shifted into a different question — what does my body actually need? I realized that healing wasn't about pushing harder, but about slowing down and giving the body the support it needed.
