"Pat Towery is a national board certified health and wellness coach focusing on mental wellness for the emerging adult male population and veteran populations. He was commissioned as an Army Aviation officer and UH-60 Black Hawk for eight years. Pat's career in the military was marked by assuming progressively increased levels of responsibility, oftentimes selected over more qualified or higher ranking officers. He built his brand leading as a pilot and outside the cockpit, guiding and mentoring over 700+ Soldiers in his career. Pat consistently took underperforming organizations and built them to exceed the standard through his teamwork focused servant leadership. Pat has actively advocated for young people and veterans in recovery. Previous to opening up his private practice, Pat was the director of a behavioral wellness company He was the lead trainer for wellness coach development, and provides strategic insight for business development. In his day to day, he provides one on one wellness coaching to individuals and facilitates the implementation of wellness concepts into the systems of self-governance for fraternal organizations. As the owner of his own strategic growth healthcare consulting company, Pat helps companies grow their portfolios and introduce new revenue streams that benefit patient care. He is passionate about leadership, service, and giving back to his community. Pat entered into long-term recovery from alcohol abuse at the age of 19 while a freshman at Bucknell University. Pat has actively advocated for young people and veterans in recovery . Pat became a founding member of the Mississippi Wrestling Foundation - making Mississippi the 50th and final state to host high school wrestling. Pat holds a Masters of Science from Brown University, an advanced studies certificate in Leadership Psychology from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University."
