While mindful of how the past impacts us, coaching focuses on the present, and how to move forward in support of wellness goals, healthier lifestyle and values-driven behavior change. Therapy with a licensed mental health clinician goes deep into the past focusing on diagnoses, treatment, and processing trauma history.
