"Well-being is realized by small steps, but is no small thing." - Zeno
Many of us are harder on ourselves than we would ever be on someone we love. I know because I have been my own worst enemy and become my own best friend.
That experience shaped both my life and my approach to coaching. It taught me that meaningful change is possible, that we are often far more capable than we realize, and that none of us are meant to navigate life alone.
From deep conversations about life’s biggest questions to the day-to-day challenges we all face, I have a genuine passion for helping people with anything and everything.
Whatever you’re dealing with, whatever you’re going through, and whatever you hope to achieve, whether it feels life-changing or seemingly small, I’m here to support you.
As human beings, we are wired for connection, yet our world often leaves us feeling isolated and disconnected. We need one another. We grow through relationships, support, and shared experiences.
My passion for coaching is deeply personal. I grew up navigating the challenges of divorced parents, abuse, and struggles that followed me from childhood into adulthood. I experienced depression, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, shame, emotional pain, destructive habits, and periods of feeling lost, disconnected, and uncertain about who I was.
Throughout those experiences, I found myself continually drawn to deeper questions. What gives life meaning? What is my purpose? How do we become the people we want to be? How do we experience peace with our past while creating a better future? My search for answers led me to philosophy, psychology, personal growth, mindfulness, and ultimately coaching.
Over time, I learned how to face difficult emotions rather than run from them. I worked through childhood wounds, challenged a harsh inner critic, rebuilt relationships, developed healthier habits, and discovered a sense of stability and peace that I never thought possible. My answers continue to evolve, but the journey taught me something important: meaningful change is possible.
Today, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my coaching. I know what it’s like to struggle, to feel stuck, to question yourself, and to wonder whether things can get better. I also know what it’s like to grow through those experiences and discover strengths you never knew you had.
My goal is not to tell you how to live your life. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you uncover your own wisdom, and support you in creating a life that feels more aligned with your values, goals, and wellbeing.
