I am a purpose-driven leader, coach, and educator with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, community service, military leadership, and professional development. My work is rooted in helping people grow — whether that means navigating life transitions, building confidence, strengthening resilience, or stepping into leadership. My background spans healthcare operations, community health, criminal justice, and organizational leadership. I hold a BBA in Health Services Administration and an MS in Criminal Justice, and I am currently completing my doctorate in Healthcare Management & Leadership at Colorado Technical University. These experiences allow me to support clients with a blend of evidence-based practice, systems thinking, and real-world understanding.

Before entering coaching and consulting, I served as a platoon sergeant in the U.S. Army, where I coached soldiers daily through discipline, mindset, readiness, and personal development. Military leadership taught me how to guide people through pressure, uncertainty, and growth — skills that now shape my coaching approach. I learned how to mentor emerging leaders, support individuals through challenges, and build strong, resilient teams. My teaching experience also plays a major role in how I support clients. I taught health and physical education as a substitute teacher for The Leona Group, working with youth ages 10–19. I also taught medical assisting at Dorsey College, where I trained future healthcare professionals and mentored students through academic, personal, and career transitions. These roles strengthened my ability to break down complex topics, teach with compassion, and create safe learning environments for people of all ages.

In addition to my academic and professional background, I am deeply connected to community service and ministry. I have served in women’s ministry, the nurses' board, and food distribution programs, offering support, encouragement, and practical guidance to individuals and families. My work is trauma-informed, justice-aware, and grounded in equity—honoring each person’s lived experience and cultural context. Today, I bring all of these experiences together in my coaching practice. I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create sustainable change through a holistic, strengths-based, and empowering approach. Whether I’m supporting someone through a life transition, guiding a professional through leadership challenges, or helping a client reconnect with their purpose, my goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and capable of becoming who they were meant to be.
