I am a Health & Wellness Coach with a background in healthcare, executive functioning coaching, and disability support. I work with individuals worldwide through virtual coaching, helping them build confidence, develop healthy habits, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Drawing on 5+ years of experience supporting individuals in educational and healthcare settings, I help people navigate executive functioning challenges, disability-related barriers, life transitions, self-advocacy, and personal growth. As someone who has personally navigated epilepsy and the challenges that can accompany disability, identity, and belonging, I understand that meaningful progress is rarely linear. My approach focuses on building self-awareness, creating practical strategies, and helping clients move forward in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their goals.

My professional experience includes over two years as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and several years as an Executive Functioning Coach in a university setting. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigated challenges related to stress, burnout, life transitions, disabilities, identity, self-confidence, organization, motivation, and daily functioning.

I have extensive experience working alongside individuals with disabilities, including students with visual impairments, developmental disabilities, and other unique support needs. My work has focused on helping individuals build independence, develop practical skills, strengthen self-advocacy, and create systems that support success in their personal, academic, and professional lives.

I am also passionate about supporting individuals who are exploring questions of identity, belonging, and self-acceptance. This includes working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people navigating cultural identity challenges, and those seeking greater confidence in expressing who they are. I recognize that many people struggle with feeling misunderstood, isolated, or caught between different expectations, communities, or life experiences. My coaching provides a supportive space to explore these challenges while building clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

I am currently completing my Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching and pursuing advanced training in Mental Health & Wellness Coaching. My approach combines evidence-informed coaching practices, executive functioning strategies, behavior change principles, CBT-informed coaching techniques, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools to help clients identify obstacles, shift unhelpful patterns, and take practical action toward their goals.

I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward in ways that align with their values. Whether you are navigating burnout, struggling with confidence, managing life transitions, building healthier habits, exploring your identity, or seeking greater balance and fulfillment, coaching can provide the structure, accountability, and support needed to create lasting change.

I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming, and non-judgmental environment where every client feels respected, heard, and valued for who they are.
