I'm a coach, a performing songwriter, a mom. I believe that a life well lived is not a one size fits all. I also believe in the possibility within every person to live a fulfilling life that is authentic and aligned with who they are and who they want to become.

What sets me apart is My Authenticity, My Experience, and My Approach.

 

• I walk the talk and I don't make false promises. I have successfully navigated major career and relational shifts, moving through fear, and personal growth while maintaining a deep sense of fulfillment and authenticity. I have been a dedicated Yoga and mindfulness practitioner for over 20 years
•  I am an ICF certified coach with nearly a decade of experience delivering evidence-based coaching and programs to young adults and educators.
• I offer an integrated and personalized approach. I meet each person where they are and tailor sessions to what they need. My unique breadth of experience as a creative, professional musical artist, and mindfulness and yoga practioner allows me to integrate these modalities into my coaching and design.

 

After over a decade of living my dream as professional touring musician I felt a shift inside. To those on the outside, I was living the dream - doing what I loved, alongside my husband and bandmate, traveling the world with our music. But on the inside I had become unsettled. I wanted to offer more of myself in service to others. I had to slow down and make some difficult decisions without any guarantee of where they would lead me. I just knew I had to make some changes. So I did.

 

I took on a new role as a Dream Director with The Future Project, a national nonprofit where I coached high school students to take meaningful action to live a life they love, built and led “dream teams,” and designed workshops and retreats. I quickly realized that I was made for this work. For helping others see possibility in themselves and in their world and inspiring them to take meaningful actions.
 

Since then, I’ve:

• Become a certified youth resilience coach through the renowned and ICF accredited Youth Coaching Institute
• Specialized and trained in purpose-centered coaching
• Played a key role in developing a research-backed coaching methodology focused on Purpose pursuit development
• Designed and facilitated coach training and professional development programs
• Served as Head of Product Design for a coaching platform, blending coaching expertise with technology design
• Designed and led workshop series for Songwriters

 

Currently I am working towards completing my RYT-200 Certification, while continuing to write and perform.
