"

I am a Duke Certified & Wellness Coach with a background as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, that integrates coaching and mind-body approaches.

Through working with clients of all ages and challenges, and making big changes in my own life, including healing from chronic illness and burnout, I understand how to help others make the changes they want. I bring 20 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness, incorporating sound and vibroacoustic therapy to support regulation with coaching to help you get clear, shift patterns, and move forward.

I consider myself an Intuitive Coach, listening for what may be just beneath the surface—and gently reflect that back to help you tune into and trust your own inner knowing. Primarily,  I am a partner here to support you in strengthening your intuition,  and establish behavior patterns that create change.

From working in clinics, hospitals and schools, I bring a multidisciplinary background with experience in behavior change coaching for clients and families, voice and fluency disorders of all ages, early child language and speech development, and adult neurological rehabilitation. I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent populations.

Frequently, I work with big life transitions, such as women navigating midlife, where shifts in energy, identity, and priorities are often present. Rather than approaching this as something to fix, I see it as a meaningful transition that, with the right support, can lead to greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

What is an Intuitive Coach?

Button

I bring an intuitive awareness to our work—listening for what may be just beneath the surface—and gently reflect that back to help you tune into and trust your own inner knowing. Primarily, I am a partner here to support you in strengthening YOUR intuition, and establishing behavior patterns that create sustainable change.

What are sessions like?

Button

SoundPath coaching sessions always begin with guided holistic practices such as sound therapy, breath work and mindfulness to help 'clear the noise.' This could last 5 minutes, or 45 minutes, depending on your session length, interests and comfort. By creating space we then work together through coaching: focused, supportive conversations designed to create clarity and forward motion. With deep listening, insightful questions, and practical tools, each session helps you turn intention into aligned action.

Is this the right amount of time to make real change?

Button

The Science of Change is clear: a 3-month minimum commitment is highly recommended to find sustainable change, which is why I offer packages to support your success. If you are highly motivated and well organized, this package may be enough to get you jumpstarted into change, or you may consider a longer commitment package. Flexibility is key... A coaching relationship could last only a few of sessions for someone, for others a few years, ebbing and flowing as wanted.
