1. Weekly Session 1x week for 6 weeks

Session 1: Define the focus of your personal Wellness Journey. Big Picture and Clarity of Target Scope. Most Important Find your BIG WHY!

 

Session 2: Get Clear about Your Unique Talents and Your Strengths. This is your Foundation.

 

Session 3: Get more specific about the steps you want to try implementing that will help you achieve your big goals. Focus on your lived experience. Explore and experiment with strategies for how you can create more positive momentum in your daily life and daily habits that will keep you moving toward achieving your goal of your ideal state of wellbeing.

 

Session 4: Practice, Reflect, Refine. Get Real, Get Honest. This is the time to get laser focused about who you are, who you want to be and what you are doing that will help you achieve your ideal state of wellbeing.

 

Session 5: Analyze carefully, what is working and why? How can you build upon what you are learning about yourself through this process of exploration?

 

Session 6: Reassess Time! Are you on the right path? How is the experience going for you? What might you want to adjust to accelerate your journey or are you on just the right pace to achieve your ideal state of well-being?

  • Through self-discovery, you will learn to identify personal strengths and use those strengths to create a plan to address root causes of dysregulation or imbalance in your life.

More about My Background:

  • I have 30 years’ experience as a national board registered and licensed Occupational Therapist, (MS, OTR/L), a clinical leader and innovator with an MBA, and a passion for athletic training including triathlon, cycling (road and mountain), swimming (pool and open water), running (trail and road), hiking, kayaking, and tennis. 
  • I also engage clients exploring the benefits of Taichi, Qigong, Yoga, breathwork, mindful movement practices, and nature therapy in my practice. Some of my most interesting work has focused on companion animal relationship-based therapy, engaging horses, dogs, and dolphins in collaboration with humans to facilitate well-being experiences. 
  • I have extensive experience working with children and adults in the community, school based educational settings, home health and traditional rehabilitation settings. 
  • I work with neurodivergent populations, people suffering from neurological disorders, and people recovering from injury or illness, including navigating oncology (cancer journeys) and COVID. I work with clients to manage chronic diseases such as COPD, Diabetes, and heart disease.
  •  I am passionate about helping my clients implement personalized lifestyle approaches incorporating food as medicine and fuel while optimizing goals for desired and achievable healthy body weight. 
  • I have deep empathy for both the commonality and uniqueness of human experience. During my life I have had the privilege to witness amazing transformations, each one teaching me lessons about how humans navigate life both during times of thriving, and during times of challenge and suffering.
  • These experiences have taught me strategies for helping clients tap into the amazing diversity of resilience and unique talents we all possess within us to adapt, heal, and create within the context of personal meaning. I became a Master Certified Wellness Coach so I can work with clients in a way that creates space for each unique human to be authentic while exploring their unique story.
  • Through this personalized client centric process, you are the expert, not me. While I have expertise, experience, and knowledge to help guide and inform, my job as your coach is to help you learn how to connect with and tap into your own internal reservoir of well-being knowledge and energy.

 

Each of us is on a personal journey. Life presents us with challenges that are outside of our control during this journey. My focus is to help you build skills that will help you thrive with joy during the good times and live with resilience, purpose and gratitude during the challenging times.
