This session is primarily for me to get to know you, to better understand what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and to learn more about what you want to achieve in regards to your health. I will also share a more detailed overview of what is included in the weekly video lessons provided to you throughout the program.
The first four weeks will primarily focus on the benefits of protein, micronutrients, hydration and movement. You will begin setting weekly goals and we'll discuss how I can best support you in achieving these goals.
The focus will be on strengthening habits of the first month and discussing the addition of resistance and strength training if appropriate. As always we move at a pace that is realistic for each individual client's specific situation and ability.
We will continue to strengthen and optimize the habits of the first two months, and focus on establishing them into a sustainable routine to support your long-term health.
