"As a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach who is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and as a former executive coach to top executives, I will work with you to find a balance in your life by developing behaviors and strategies for creating lasting intentional changes in your nutrition, physical activity, sleep habits, and emotional well-being. With over 40 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Organization Development Management Consultant, I've worked with thousands of executives from more than one hundred different companies in 17 countries. I am now dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I was drawn to the field of Health & Wellness Coaching from my own personal health experience, which resulted in my retiring from full-time consulting several years ago and beginning my ongoing journey toward health, wellness, and longevity. Once I was successful in accomplishing my own health goals by establishing and continually maintaining long-term lifestyle behavior changes, I decided that I wanted to help other people do the same thing for themselves. Because I want to live a full and happy life, I am dedicated to maintaining my health. It requires me to be personally accountable and consistent in my behavior every single day, without exception, to control my destiny. My personal journey over the last several years towards better health and longer life has been one of continuous learning, occasional disappointment, and much accomplishment.
