FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Do I have to give up all my favorite foods?

Button

Absolutely not! This program is about building a sustainable lifestyle, not a restrictive diet. You will learn how to balance your meals, manage portions, and still enjoy the foods you love in moderation.

Do I need an official prediabetes diagnosis to join?

Button

While a blood test confirming prediabetes (or a history of gestational diabetes) is the most common way people join, you may also qualify if you score high on the CDC's Prediabetes Risk Test.

What if I miss a live group session?

Button

We know life happens! Sessions are recorded for you to watch later, and your lifestyle coach will provide a brief summary in the group forum so you can stay caught up with the curriculum.

What if I want more 1:1 support or coaching?

Button

We offer individual 1:1 coaching as needed before, during and after the program.
