Chris Heard is a health and well-being coach who offers holistic, supportive, and empowering coaching sessions to individuals. Using a client-centered approach, Chris’s coaching focuses on a range of behavior change goals in the areas of stress management, exercise, diet, sleep, chronic health conditions, and adapting to major life changes.
Chris is also a licensed attorney and a Clinical Professor at the University of Houston Law Center where he teaches law students who represent small community businesses and tax-exempt nonprofit organizations under Chris’s supervision.
Chris’s interests also include running, yoga, singing, volunteering with youth programs, and spending time with family.
