As a wellness coach, I look at all aspects of your lifestyle. Including what you eat, how you move, the support you have, and your mental and spiritual well-being. I believe everything is interconnected, and take pride in using different methods to support you through the changes you would like to make. A few examples of these modalities are breath work, cold water therapy, hiking, & sound therapy. I can also help you organize your space, declutter, and give you tips to stay organized.
As a coach, my strength lies in empathetic listening and building a connection. I'm here to support your personal growth and stages of change. I meet you where you are, with enthusiasm! I believe in your potential and will be there as you discover it. I'm easy to relate to and create a warm and comfortable environment as we work together on your goals.
My toughest clients? Well, that would be my three kids (8, 11, 13). They always give me a hard time about eating their fruits and veggies. Outside of coaching, I love spending time outdoors, hiking and exploring.
