The program begins with an initial session where we explore your current wellness, stress levels, lifestyle habits, and the goals you would like to achieve. Together, we identify key areas to focus on and create a personalized plan for improving your overall well-being.

In the following sessions, we work on building sustainable habits, strengthening stress management skills, and developing practical strategies that support your health and daily life. Each session includes reflection, problem-solving, and identifying small, realistic steps you can take before the next session.

As the program progresses, we review your progress, adjust goals as needed, and focus on reinforcing the changes that are helping you feel more balanced and resilient. By the end of the program, clients typically leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and a sustainable approach to maintaining their wellness.

I integrate mind-body–informed health and wellness coaching and offer healthcare self-advocacy strategies designed to promote sustainable well-being and improved health outcomes. My background growing up within a Caribbean cultural context also informs my understanding of family dynamics, resilience and the unique pressures many people face when balancing personal identity with cultural expectations in addition to the physical toll of keeping it all together.
