For over 20 years, I’ve worked in healthcare and have seen how chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelming responsibilities can take a real toll on both mental and physical health. Many high-achieving professionals spend years caring for others while quietly neglecting their own well-being.
As a Doctor of Pharmacy and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I developed a deep understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. My work showed me that true well-being isn’t just about pushing through stress — it’s about learning how to regulate, restore balance, and reconnect with what matters most.
My path into wellness coaching grew from a desire to help people move beyond survival mode and create sustainable change. I believe each person is the expert on their own life.
