The program begins with an initial session where we explore your current wellness, stress levels, lifestyle habits, and the goals you would like to achieve. Together, we identify key areas to focus on and create a personalized plan for improving your overall well-being.

In the following sessions, we work on building sustainable habits, strengthening stress management skills, and developing practical strategies that support your health and daily life. Each session includes reflection, problem-solving, and identifying small, realistic steps you can take before the next session.

As the program progresses, we review your progress, adjust goals as needed, and focus on reinforcing the changes that are helping you feel more balanced and resilient. By the end of the program, clients typically leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and a sustainable approach to maintaining their wellness.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in healthcare and have seen how chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelming responsibilities can take a real toll on both mental and physical health. Many high-achieving professionals spend years caring for others while quietly neglecting their own well-being.

As a Doctor of Pharmacy and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I developed a deep understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. My work showed me that true well-being isn’t just about pushing through stress — it’s about learning how to regulate, restore balance, and reconnect with what matters most.

My path into wellness coaching grew from a desire to help people move beyond survival mode and create sustainable change. I believe each person is the expert on their own life. My role is to provide insight, structure, and practical tools that help clients gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful shifts in how they live and work.

I’m especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and high-performing individuals who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we focus on nervous system balance, mindset shifts, and realistic lifestyle changes that support long-term well-being.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, regain clarity, and create a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.
