This Power Hour blends coaching and mentoring. It’s a space where you not only reflect and explore your goals—but also practice coaching skills, receive constructive feedback, and gain support tailored to your growth as a health coach. It’s especially helpful if you're preparing for an interview, mock session, or your first real clients.
I've been the Lead Instructor at the NBHWC-approved Coach Training Program at Headspace Training Institute for the past 3 years. In that time, I’ve trained over 300 aspiring coaches—and reviewed and evaluated more than 500 practice coaching sessions (PSDs/PSAs). Because of that, I’ve seen the full spectrum of coaching—from brand-new beginners to confident, skilled coaches—and I’ve developed a trained eye for spotting both strengths and growth edges. I’ll meet you where you are and give you feedback that’s practical, encouraging, and immediately useful.
Just bring yourself, your questions, and your curiosity. If you’re preparing for an interview or mock coaching session, you’re welcome to bring a job posting, interview prompt, or anything you’d like to practice. I’ll tailor the session based on what you need most.
Yes! Some coaches like to book a single Power Hour for a confidence boost before an interview, while others book multiple sessions over a few weeks to refine their coaching voice and presence. You can book additional sessions as needed—or reach out to ask about ongoing support options.
