Four, 1-hour Coaching Sessions via Phone or Video Call over a duration of 4 weeks.
3. Accountability through Text or Email
Receive ongoing support and motivation through regular text or email check-ins. Share your successes, ask questions, and stay on track between sessions. Benefit from personalized reminders and encouragement to help you maintain focus and motivation.
