"Kristina is a behavior change specialist with a strong background in health, wellness and healthy lifestyle principles. She is a registered nurse with a BA in psychology, a National Board Certified Health Coach and a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach. With 15 years of experience working one-on-one in homes as a high-tech, home health, hospice, and palliative nurse, and 5 years helping people transform their lives through healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes, Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching. Her past experiences with patients who struggled to make necessary lifestyle changes despite knowing what was needed, and the resulting decline in their health, ignited her passion for health coaching as a means to improve health outcomes. Utilizing a unique combination of education, training, and experience, Kristina provides evidence-based coaching to those ready to make lasting wellness-related lifestyle changes. She partners with clients to make lifestyle changes chosen by them, for them, to improve health, reduce chronic disease risk, and enhance wellbeing. Kristinas coaching empowers clients to create sustainable habit change, bridging the gap from where they are to where they want to be. Her own experience with a chronic autoimmune disease for the past 15 years has given her insight and compassion for the unique challenges faced by her clients, as well as the understanding that sustainable change can be challenging without the right tools and support."
