Real change doesn't come from a stricter plan. It comes from finally understanding yourself.

I didn't come to health coaching through a fitness background or a nutrition degree. I came through curiosity — and realizing I had spent a lot of years of not paying close enough attention to my own body.

It started with a gluten allergy I figured out on my own long before any doctor confirmed it.

During Covid, like a lot of people, I found myself down a rabbit hole — watching, reading, learning about what's actually in our food and how much it's changed over the last few decades. What I found was eye-opening, and I started making changes. Slowly, practically, without overhauling my entire life overnight.

The difference has been significant — and it made me want to help other people find that same clarity.

What I bring to coaching is a little unexpected. I spent most of my career as an IT consultant, and the part of that work I loved most had nothing to do with software. It was helping people navigate change — because changing how you work every day is hard. It's emotional. It takes more than a new system; it takes support, patience, and a plan that meets people where they are. That's exactly what health coaching is.

I hold a certificate in health coaching from mindbodygreen and am currently working toward my board certification through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

What I care most about is helping you figure out what works for you — and actually making it stick.
